A little type that really helped me get over gym anxiety is just walking on the treadmill or doing the bike for 30-45 minute a couple of times a week to get into the habit of going to the gym and I could scope out the different machines! That helped so much!
My main goals for 2024 is take my youtube and social media more seriously, make online friends and possibly go to London this year and go back to New York in the fall:) Smaller goals I have is sticking to a workout routine, putting myself first, and treating myself with kinder words. I have hope this year will be so much better for me mentally, emotionally, and physically. I come first in my LIFE ♥☀

My comfort RU-vidr!! I did make goals for 2024 and a brief vision board but you’ve inspired me to go back and deep dive and make it more intentional. My main goal for this year is financial freedom which I guess is where my new word of the year (thanks to you) stems from: FREEDOM. I wanna be free from a lot of things and trust me financial stressors is at the top of my list!!! Im a real one Hannah and so are you! ❤

I recommend Potters Wheel in Kew Gardens (Queens) if you’re looking for a good beginner pottery wheel class. I did a 8 week session in January 2023 and tried another location as well and Potters Wheel is where I’ll return to when I get the pottery itch again

some of my goals are 1000 hours outside, propose my dissertation, 6 publications by the end of summer, move into my own apartment (i don't want to live with a roommate anymore), and read 24 books!

Pottery is the BEST! You’ll love it but just remember, you’ll spend a month learning how to make clay balls. Once you learn that, you’ll get to use the wheel. Tip: Moisturize your hands a lot after your classes as clay really dries them out. Enjoy your trip!
