This was extremely helpful thank you! If you wanted to skip manual grading and go directly to using a LUT after correcting, when would you do so and what steps could you skip? Also, if there are people and faces, when would be a good time to layer HSL secondary as to not impact the entire image?

Hey! Maybe you've already figured it out but he was talking about the "Lumetri color" panel/effect. Premiere included it on the right hand side of your screen. You should have several options listed there such as "effects" or "essential graphics" and right in the middle you will find Lumetri Color. Just select a clip in your timeline and the Lumetri Color panel will be highlighted and ready to be used.
Hey mate, when you said you had LUT's that did what you just did manually, are these conversion LUTs to the basic correction panel before you manually add masks etc? Or even add a further creative LUT? Bit confused on that part. Thanks for the content, love it.
great video! I would love a video where you would explain the color grading tools like the hue saturation curves. like I see them for the first time and have no clue how that works
