I have the new Prime Ronan also. Just got it 2 weeks ago. I switched from Bowtech Amplify to Prime Ronan and don't regret it. But just want to clarify you this model does not come with free strings for life.
* This model is not eligible for free strings. copied & pasted from Prime. If you keep your bow for a long time, the flagship model may be the better deal.
@@VOODOOREIGN1 Prime cables/string are quite good. I wouldn't waste money on custom ones myself. I don't plan on replacing my 2013 Prime Impact in my lifetime. Spec-wise nothing has changed after 11 seasons. Given the cost of new cables/string, my $899 flagship bow still seems like a good deal to me.
I don't know how they can call this mid-priced. I can buy a flagship model for just four hundred more. The Bear Alaskan is a true mid priced bow, and out performs this one for two hundred bucks less!
Yes, for 47% more money yes you can buy a nicer bow. Thanks for the brilliant insight. The Bear Alaskan is a good budget bow. This is a mid-priced bow. The materials and finish that Prime uses is substantially better. Also, how do you know it outperforms it? Have you shot it?
