As promised guys, here is the video of the Husky Towing adapter for the 2013 to 2024 RAM 3500 HD or 2500 HD with the factory puck system or fifth wheel prep. There are many other options out there, but this one gives a little more room for the bed as the RAM has the smallest bed of all of them. This is of course on Ironhide, my 2024 RAM 3500 HD Laramie with Cummins, will be the same with the 2024 RAM 2500 HD and with the 6.4 Hemi
You can install this in about 30 minutes, simple tools, a 19 mm wrench and 19mm Socket wrench or any combo of each. Other than that for under 300, this allows you to use any standard 5th wheel hitch that fits the above bed rails. I’ll attach the link for the Curt brand adapter that works on both Ford and Chevy. Exactly what I've been looking for, so I appreciate you sharing! That said, it looks like Amazon is aware that you're promoting this, cuz the price today is $423, not the $260 that you got it for 2 months ago...still, it looks like the perfect solution!

I wish I had seen this video when I bought my brand new 2023 Ram 3500 Big Horn back in July. I have the same body style that you have. I know that you just got your truck and just made this video. I have a Pullrite Superglide and had limited time to do much research after I bought my new truck and when we were going to be leaving on a camping trip to Florida. I bought the Pullrite bracket setup for the puck system and dang it was expensive!! I think I spent around $750 on mine. I had my old hitch in my 2007 Ram 2500 and like you said, my old hitch worked great and I didn't want to spend the money on a new hitch because they are so expensive. Other than the extra $750 I had to spend the only other drawback I found was how much space the adapter bracket takes up in the bed of my new truck. That thing is huge!! So I wound up rigging up a track and electric winch/pulley system in my garage ceiling to be able to easily take that big old thing out of the bed of my truck without breaking my back. It works great!! I bought the radio screen protector as well as the retractable Ram step from watching your videos. Me going from an old school 2007 Ram 2500 Cummins to this 2023 Ram Cummins HO I have learned a lot about my new truck from your videos. My next truck project is finding a retractable tonneau cover that I like. Thank you so much for posting videos. Keep it up and I will keep watching!!
