Good luck for your final year of your PhD! And good on you for trying to create more of a routine - it’ll be super useful this year having more structured working weeks to keep you motivated! :)

Thank you Jessica! I find it so hard getting into routines at this time of year hahaha - trying my best to build some sort of routine though as it's really needed for this final stretch!!!

Happy New Year to you & Mark. Hope it's a good one. I'm a bit similar as you in regards in trying to start new habits. I do live with anxiety & find it hard to leave the house on my own but I'm going to attempt to do it at least once a week. Also going to start looking after my health/body more....take my medications regularly, sort out my bad sleep patterns, find a movement that I like, spend less on food & eat more nutritious meals.

Thank you lovely, same to you 💛 Leaving the house can feel like a ginormous task - I went out today for the first time in a few days for a wee walk and wondered why it took me so long to just step outside :') Having a goal to get out once a week is definitely a great one and hopefully not too overwhelming!! Thank you for watching x

Happy new year! Well done on dry January! I so wanted to do it this year but failed almost immediately 😅 got visitors next month so maybe I’ll try for a dry March haha. I’m trying to read more fiction books and also sort out all the small niggly problems and my god it’s really made quite a big difference, I’m terrible for putting things off and putting up with things not working quite right, I think it was stressing me out more than I thought! Just stuff like going into the TV settings and making it default to what I want it to be on, clearing off my bedside table so I’m not clattering around trying to get at the couple of things I actually use every night. Apparently all these little irritations are actually really bad for your health even though it’s just small stuff with enough of it it can actually build up and put you in a frustrated frame of mind

Happy new year to you too!! Thank you - I definitely feel so much better for it! Although it's been easy as haven't had much social interaction so far this year :') Oh I would also love to start reading more again - I used to read so much but just fell off it completely when I went to uni. That's good goals to have!! The small annoying things can definitely add up and cause unnecessary daily stresses! Thanks for watching
