I love it when the RV manufacturers consider their customers comefort, tv across from couch, good size pantry and outlets in useable spots like this one.

I like rv makers are designing rvs for folks without kids necessarily. No separate bedrooms with bunk beds, just open space

Needs table and chairs. Does it have 2 ACs? And a bigger refrigerator would be nice. Is it 50amp? Tankless water heater option?

Yes, this model has a table and chairs option. We like the booth better because it can make an extra bed.
