I am in it because Eli holder... But WHY so few (not to say NONE) Silver R&S ...add into the portfolio during the recent bear market when every Silver explorers were desperate to get founded? You could have bought some for a dime, so my question is: Wasn't it wasted fabulous opportunities? It's not to late... Try to think about it...I will add shares ONLY if you act in this way. Thx for your attention.

It's not the scale that makes smaller players trade at low multiples, it is the track record of the company and the free cash flows. Strange to hear David only talk about the scale. GROY has yet to prove long time viability and thus should have a discount, even if there is upside and mines coming online in the future.

The scale absolutely does matter for the smaller players. The reason being is that most of the juniors hardly generate enough royalty revenue cover their G&A, thus leading to a deterioration of their NAV. Assuming a perpetual G&A expense for Gold Royalty Corp of $8M discounted at 5% (-$8,000,000 / 0.05 = -$160,000,000), they need $160M in NAV just to offset their G&A. Analyst consensus NAV is around $400M (my own estimate is slightly lower @ $2,000 LT gold price) so if you subtract the $160M, you get $240M which is roughly the market cap that they are currently trading at. A different way of thinking about it at least.

Look at the price and you see quite a discount IMO. He also said they are trading at 1x PNAV.
