I agree with you…except for the part about windows. It needs MORE of them. 😊Especially in the kitchen, overhead cab and the master bedroom. #claustrophobic
@@Zfari Go outside. . 2003, we built our ExpeditionVehicle on a 1996 Ford CF8000 commercial truck. Our windows are 3010 (three feet wide by a foot tall) dual-pane sliders designed for a stand-still house. We mounted these at our eye-level standing inside, about eight feet above pavement. . Small targets for branches and jealous by-standers. . Our interior is three paces wide by seven paces long. "But but but LM!, how can you live in such a tiny space!" We do not live in our ExpeditionVehicle. We live out of it.
@@PerformancetxZfari thinks these vehicles are stock models, you guys give clients what they want within reason. If I could afford one I'm on the next flight to Texas.
Suerte
Hey I hope yall are doing great? I do wish your camera person done a.better job at doing close ups of everything! The extra pads in the cab over bunk where do they go. Overall I like the whole setup of this motorhome! I was wondering why the front cap wasn't more aerodynamic? I love the paint on this unit,an does it come with a winch on the front? Thank you for.!along a video of.this unit to show us everything on the outside an the inside of it!
@usy, Good point. Three seasons in our rig, we cook outside. Follow the weather, and you, too, can cook outside! . [edited to add] lol lol lol etcetera etcetera etcetera.
On the big rig style chassis setup they are less than consumer level trucks because they pull heavy loads 99% of the time and one ton pickup truck power levels would not lend to the longevity required.
@may, The manufacturer -- International -- has decades of experience building your truck to your needs. With the appropriate equipment, Antarctica is possible.
@hor, What do you think about the Cummins ISL? Allison automatic transmission? Meritor axles? Fuller-Dexter steering components? . Most 'manufacturers' are merely assemblers, using Common Off-The-Shelf (COTS) parts.
The Original EARTHROAMER comes out , then everybody and their grandparents tries to make their version. I actually didn't like one thing on this thing . Just because it's big doesn't mean it's better .
@davi, You are partially accurate. In our ExpeditionVehicle, we are in Baja about half the year. We see converted Euro-mil 4x4 and 6x6, but they rarely leave a gravel road. If they stick the things, they call the local military to drag them back to sanity. . However, this chassis foundation is also used by utility companies for off-road installation and repair... plus mining and logging. Their capabilities are proven over decades of rough use.
