Most noise is coming from engine. About 3800RPM there is resonance and buzz coming from front. I switched from VW Golf and i am not satisfied. This car pretends to be something more expensive that it's not. When you look deeper you can see cheap materials. Even there is no engine cover under the hood - 20$ savings - its a joke.

At least in Germany you can get some accustic isolation glas for the front seats (not back seats though) What metralf is writing is complete utter bulls***. Skoda is known for it´s longetivity.

@jaymederril1610 You're welcome. Come, ride with me with this shitty car. Prove i am wrong. I must to drive it daily. Yes side front glass prevent of noise from engine lol. Rn it have 500km. Already: check engine, driver seabelt error, assistant errors and engine like driller. Super car, no shit.

Thanks for the answers, I'm changing my golf 5 variant 1.9 tdi (tractor engine noise) with a skoda octavia combi 1.5tsi, of course it will be a quieter engine but I don't know about the running noise... and it's clearly not like an Audi A4 which cost twice as much
