I believe it is the cowlits river in washington, they have a very short season currently about 1/2 day at a time, in 2024, it was in the first week of feb and then in march

no, the season is short because the runs are not near as large is they used to be. and "they" have just as much rights to fish as we "we" do , unless you are indigious,,,,,,,
