[2024 Startup] Air Conditioner at SPH starts up rough! 

A severely rough startup, most likely due to it not being used since last year. The air conditioner works fine. The scroll compressor may not be doing okay however. This unit has R-22 and is from 2006. The hub cap was spray painted black, and so were the blades.
