I would love to see you do a step by step video on cutting white acrylic with laser then sublimating color photo/design to make an ornament or cake topper, earrings-anything. Just really want to see successful acrylic sublimation after cutting.
Hi Cori! I had your Premiere on was organizing while waiting and realized I just missed you. 🤥 I took Jennifer Maker's AI Class and you are correct it's worth it. I agree with everything you mentioned about safety etc. I keep hearing people are ordering DTF from reputable sources instead of buying everything. Thank you so much for this Tutorial. Happy New Year to you and your Family! 🤗
I have a video coming up about DTF on other surfaces and it's...not great. White toner, however, has lots of applications beyond fabric. I'll have videos coming up later this year.
Hi my name is Vince I am new to crafting I have been trying sublimation and DTF but because I only have a heat press I have been sending my artwork out to companies to have the artwork put on a transfer sheet whether it be a sublimation transfer sheet or a DTF transfer sheet and then using my heat press to apply the artwork to a blank. I have been using DTF for soft blanks and sublimation for hard blanks. The main two companies I use are transfer express for DTF transfer sheets and a company called my transfer source for sublimation transfer sheets. Do you have any experience with any of these companies or ones like them. If so I would like to see you do a video about them. I have found the cost of having my artwork put on a DTF transfer sheet or a sublimation sheet to be Reasonable Except for the cost of shipping especially with the company transfer express. They have a flat fee shipping rate of $15 for their DTF ultra color Max the product itself is very affordable and the colors are very vibrant what bothers me the most is that they build their self as wanting to help people like me get started and with their ultracolor Max it’s a good choice because if you just have one or two graphics you want to put on a soft transfer their ultra color Max is a good method for that but at $15 for the flat shipping rate I can’t sell one t-shirt for $15 of shipping and then buy the shirt and the graphic and make a profit they neglect to mention this. But as for sublimation transfers with the company called my transfer source they’re shipping rate is much more reasonable and they’re in product is very good but they only do sublimation transfers. I would love to hear your opinion and or a video on this topic.
Hi Vince! I have had the SAME problem. I actually have already filmed a video on getting DTF transfers from Heat Transfer Warehouse, but the shipping is the same issue (that video isn't scheduled until March, though...really working ahead over here!). Maybe Etsy? I haven't looked too deeply there, but it might be an option?
@@HeyLetsMakeStuff Just out of curiosity do you have any insight on why it cost so much to ship a piece of film that weighs just a few ounces from the Northeast united states to the southeast united states wait and size can't be the issue. I'd love to hear your insights.
