Okay I take apple cider vinegar supplements, cranberry & a multi vitamin for woman. I also liked the hair skin and nails vitamins oh & boric acid now I didn’t use bc everyday I just used it like after a period & I seen a significant difference. I hope this makes sense 😭😭& also helps

Hello even though I am a male I wear female clothing but I never tried female hygiene products and I want to would you recommend doing these hygiene tips or the ones I can do? Also does it matter if i wear cotton or silk down there?

Cotton!! & yes you can do these as well yk except the ones that are dedicated to girls but like washing with different soaps etc you can definitely do
