I’m a Vermeer fan, owning a 604N with 5000 bales on it, 5 row wheel rake, four basket tedder, TM800 trailed mower. They’re holding up nicely, I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase Vermeer, but the main thing is having a dealer that’s knowledgeable and willing to help during those trying times! Happy Harvesting 🙂🌾🌾🌞🌞
@williambrewer6346 thanks for the input. Our first round baler was a 504 Super I. It was a good baler to get going with. Vermeer was putting up nice bales at the Expo. We have a dealer within an hour from us, so it's a good option. The only bummer to Vermeer is that you can't order parts online. We also had a Vermeer 8 wheel rake that was a nice solid machine. High cart with kicker wheels. They make durable equipment.
@@doubleafarm It was a great show! I hate i missed the connection and opportunity to meet! I was overwhelmed by all of the awesome machines there. Dreamland. 😁❤️
My Son CLINT tried to get in touch with the Ga/ SC Rep to to let him know if He had any new style DISC mowers, at the Expo that could be for sale after the Show, to keep him from having to haul them back to where ever they came from....... That Vari PACK V 165 must the next size down, because we bought 2 V190s he had at the Expo last year, plus an 8 basket trail Tedder.......................
@farmingforfunandprofit940 that v 165 was a slick machine. I have been thinking about changing balers and there were some great options. I was jealous of all of the equipment. Really nice stuff on display.
@farmingforfunandprofit940 I've seen him hitting it hard and having to deal with some breakdowns. That is a ton of acres to cover. I wish yall the best and maybe, one day, our paths will cross at one of these shows.
@southtexashay777 exactly. It's hard to think about big purchases in this economy or even think about making a payment when the whole equipment shed is paid for. Fun to window shop though.
