definitely go brushless.. that thing will hit 60 easily and much faster with enough space

Great passes, Luke. 28 mph is a solid baseline. Add some gearing and a little luck, and you'll be in the 40's before you know it!

Nice build. Where did you buy the motor? And did you do any modifications to the steering?

I would maybe do a smaller battery to reduce a little weight.. but as i understand it the smaller batteries also give a slight higher output?

By chance is that 8T a 5-slot vs a regular 3-Slot? If so it would be equal to around a 21T 3-slot
