Use car wash mode even if your washing it yourself. Car wash mode closes the air inlets to the front cabin. Water can pool down in that area and soak your cabin filters which makes em stink like mildew after a while. Especially if your using a pressure washer to wash down your car. Mode also disables windshield wipers from activating and your charge port from opening.
just got my model 3 2024 LR and its awesome! Just wish i could reduce the regen breaking since i dont really like it... it feels inconsistent. sometimes when i let of the gas it breaks pretty hard and when going slow it does not really break but just coasts when it would be more logical for it to stop. scared a few people at stop signs because they thought i was going to skip the stop, but its just the car coasting a little longer than i would wish it to. makes the drive a little less smooth than my Nissan leaf that has a very consistent E-pedal. Makes me always hesitate to use the break or let the car do its thing. and reverse is so strange... like you cant start rolling smoothly and its always jerking because of the regen thing. Anyways... probably going to have to practice a little more with the regen haha. otherwise its such a nice car
I feel this from time to time too. I'm sure can get addressed in a software update. Also I had no idea the LR models couldn't adjust regen. That's odd.
I have the refreshed M3 LR. I love my car. For the wipers just press the windshield button on the steering wheel and you get access to switching speed of wipers. I use the left scroll wheel quick action for activating the dashcam
That's a good tip. I'm sure I completely forgot about that button which is why it's not addressed in this video, but I'm sure when I get rain in my area I will become familiar with it rather quickly!
Yeah... This video literally took all day to render so after seeing the error I thought about it and decided to keep it in since it's not around my current location. Dallas is like the size of a small country so it's not a big deal.
