No ,defenitely not. Cause 500 series card is like 8 years old and amd stopped driver updates. Also dont buy any 16 series nvidia cards (new). It also dont have driver support. Save up for a better gpu like rx 6600 than a rtx 3050 or buy used gpu(better value, if u are comfortable.). For used 5700xt (but it is power hungry) or 3060 or 1660 super or so.

Only side effect might be lesser heat transfer but that doesn’t mean no heat transfer. So it will still work totally fine but thermal conductivity might be slightly reduced if one is lower quality than the other. 1-3 degrees difference approx.

With that high end . if u wait for some time , new 9000x 3d are launcing and the prixes of 7000 series are expected to be falling. And 7800x 3d is not available now as usual . it has more demand now
Depends on the user , like 4060 is entry level 1080p card. With this processor u can. Pair with 4090 without any issues (sufficenet powers supply). For 1440p buy amd rx 7800xt or 7900gre or rtx 4070 super or other cards that u prefer
