I feel so lucky, I hit a triple auto redemption of Clemens, Randy Johnson, and Pedro Martinez. I hope it gets fulfilled, it would be my biggest pull ever.
@@leftyndv10 Right on point man! At their old price of 125-140, this would still be fun and worth it. The Ozzie is cool just was not expecting his auto still coming out of a 2024 pack for some reason.
200 to 220 makes sense for this considering the ceiling is so high. Problem is retailers adjust price when inventory goes down. Price control needs to be implemented.
$315 at the best priced LCS around me. I remember when this shit was $140. We broke a case and there wasn’t a single money back box in the case. Topps can keep this shit. Thanks for ruining one of the best products y’all make.
Calling sports card collecting a hobby is the equivalent of calling gambling a hobby. The house ALWAYS wins and you're always just one pack away from that 1/1 that is going to get you that new house. Problem is you've already bet the house on the way to finding that "massive hit". Really can't call them "hits" either when they're guaranteed in the box. I quit buying cards many years ago and I have no regrets. Please save yourself and stop fueling the fire of these greedy corporations.
@@darklordojeda I love to rip so I will never quit and fully realize the risk that is box breaking for my collection. No regrets here either just disappointed.
KG is also a multi millionaire so all of this is chump change to him. Plus we need guys like him because he pays top dollar during peak pricing. Without guys like this the industry can’t thrive.
@@jakobmatthiesen3261 I obviously realize that I won’t hit every box I open. I’m always pretty positive and allowed to be disappointed sometimes. I’m also showing that Topps is trying to justify raising the prices by added as little minimal value as they can by adding a simple base card. Im not the only one that feels this way with box breaks in 2024.
