NASCAR how do you upload the highlights in 1080p 60hz but upload the full race in 720p 30hz? We would all appreciate a little more consistency and quality
If I'm not mistaken these races are streamed live for a fee and then made available later for free for everyone. Streaming and uploading are different challenges, and generally streamed broadcasts have lower quality. Compared to other series that stream races on yt, this is relatively high quality.
