It is one of the best for three seasons. Only one coach is four seasons certified by Truma it is the new 2024 Ford transit awd Chinook maverick eb 360 and their Mercedes version on the sprinter the Summit eb 360. The Chinook can be use in Colorado or Alaska. LTV unity cannot because their water line is below floor and bay are not insulated and heated foamed. The generator would not work. The Chinook have water tank inside and water above floor. No gen but a dual alternators, all electrical and batteries are inside heated. Wall are 3 inch thich and roof is 5 inch thick. MSRP is far above the LTV though.
Love how yall keep improving it. Not much you can improve on because its dang near perfect. Next time I would love to see a no slide version. Take the king bed out and just have a Murphy Queen bed that you have to sleep north to south on.
So I'm watching this, and at 16:35 okay going along and then BAM, I blink and, now 16:40 something happened. Lol it's okay just was funny for a sec. Still a great Job Dean, and it looks great. This is my favorite floorplan, though im still waiting for the washer and dryer in one to come in a future floorplan, especially now as the tech has become much better and Smaller.i I look forward to seeing the future, and thank you Dean, love your videos ❤
Also, the hidden smart TV. Is their some sort of rubber seal for the opening on the Corian countertop? What if someone sets a beverage on the counter (TV down) and the beverage sweats or spills? What protects the tv below?

Beautiful. I do question the placement of the exhaust pipe next to the step and side door. That exhaust pipe placement offers a high potential [1] to burn your calf if you accidentally hit it, and [2] allow exhaust to enter into the van when the engine is running and the side door is open. Why not have the pipe at the rear of the vehicle like most other vehicles? Or, have it on the driver side which would remove these two concerns although exhaust could enter the kitchen window if it was open with the engine running. A rear placement of the exhaust pipe is THE most advantageous location.
Two things I need you guys to think about, pets and a vacuum cleaning system of some kind. A place for a sixty-pound dog (show dog) and a place for a cat and then a small vacuum cleaning system like the Shark vacuum, no bags involved.
Also, I have a request for a pet package! Add waterproof/washable chair covers for all chairs. Wouldn’t mind having one, but I have 3 dogs and the nice seats would be ruined in a hurry. Just using blankets would look tacky and slide around.
Dean, the comment you made at the Tampa Rv show has us worried the quality now, you said, when we asked you how far out you are , WE PUMPED OUT 3000 UNITS LAST YEAR, that has us worried now, also at the Tampa Rv show you allowed the dealer to go $20000 over MSRP, everyone else was down big time. This was our dream Rv but not anymore
To bad this Unity is not winterized with dual pane windows and holding tanks inside like the 2024 Chinook RV with the murphy bed and no slide out to keep you warmer and no propane heat and tanks needed which cause condensation inside...this is nice inside but to many vital negatives for my taste.
I love this van for Travelling. I wonder if it could handle a dish washer and a washer dryer so we don’t have to stop at the laundry mat?? Could you please answer this?
I would love to see a rear lounge as a sun room with windows on 3 sides. Use a comfy over stuffed jack knife bed back there. Fit in a small electric fireplace under the TV. And move the door to this rear area. A place to sit while bird watching on a cold day. In the front area keep the Murphy bed with a lovely residential sofa and the drop down dinette conversion like you had before. One room for the bath with that bump out door on the drivers side and the fridge, pantry and kitchen counter the length of the passenger side with a hanging closet and tv behind the passenger seat.
The next improvement would be replace the propane with an hydronic heating sustem like the Elwell by Timberline diesel electric heater that work with diesel or gasoline (for the wonder). Truma also has the combi D 4 E diesel electric as well. This would save cargo capacity and allow to simply bring fuel jerrican instead of searching and bringing the van to a propane station. LTV should install a full Victron electrical system with 2x330ah battery, multiplus II 3000 cerbo gx and gx70 monitor with dual alternator Nations 280a. I think they could install 6 x100w slim rigid panel with extra plug for external panels, for over 1000w solar. If you do that it would be close to be the best for 3 season coach. Unfortunately the slide amd the bay and water lines does not allow it to be four seasons certified by Truma. But for three seasons it would be at the top.
*The OCCC (Average) is 1,140 lb (517 kg) on the Murphy Bed Lounge. The Dry Weight and OCCC will vary depending on installed options. Filled propane tank capacity is 80% of listing due to overfilling prevention device on tank.
