2024 VEX OVER UNDER Skills Challenge Tutorial 

@foxxeeee1853, this is a tough question because they leave that up to the discretion of the the referee. What is important here is that if any triballs are scored in skills while possessing two or more triballs, it is a major violation AND a DQ (score of 0) UNLESS the team descores the triballs that they scored. That means if they move triballs from the blue zone to red zone while committing illegal possession, they must move them back to the blue zone, or if they score them in the red goal, they must remove them from the goal. If those actions are not taken, it is a DQ no matter what in the skills challenge. If the team does descore the triballs, then it's up to the ref to decide how many minor violations are too many.

@@julierobbins2726ty for the response, I do think vex official has to define the number of “repeated”, or else every region will have different understandings of the manual. For instance, the taiwan regional vex tournament’s first released qna states that 2 times of minor violations will resulted in a dq, and they claimed that id teams havent recieve any minor violations, they could intentionally dq in elims and finals for the win

@@foxxeeee1853, I've noticed that some refs are using the three strikes and you're out policy, meaning that three violations are what result in a major violation, but I'm not sure that is listed anywhere. It's super tricky, especially when trying to call the "one triball at a time" match loading rule. I'm confident that refs and skills refs all over are missing that rule, when there are others trying to follow the rules. I just keep watching the Q&A to see if they clarify some of the questions to make it easier for the refs.
