LOOKING SHARP. That bigger front grill will sure help with less truck over heating, the model Volvo has out now it good, I know, I have one, is good, I can not complain, a new engine package would be better than new look. Something like 15L with 700 HP and 3000 NM to pull.?. TH
After buying my 1st vnl in1999 my main concern was my comfort and health pass so many years I realized volvo only truck on road with is guarantee that I know lots of drivers driving not volvo facing back problems and out of business because of that
Hello there ! Just a little comment from Bordeaux, France. The volo FH500Hp is that the european model we drive in the old continent is one of the best machine i ever ride. I apreciate particulary the high level of good sensations, the feeling of be safe during the hours passed behind the weel. Is a good and strong truck. On the european network we seen Scania trucks S500 (the brand new model), is the most used in France and European countries, but just just after is the Volvo FH 12 500 the first selected. Have fun !
Still would not give up my 1988 Pete 379 long nose for this new truck, there's too much that can go wrong on new trucks that will leave you stranded. Every wire on my old Pete could burn up and I would still make it home
👍 good for you while you can keep it running but the expiration day for those are coming soon. You don’t see many 1940 or older heavy trucks pulling freight nowadays… if any 🤣
I love the passenger side screen on the A pillar that allows the driver to clearly see his blind spot. Can it help with blind side backing can you control the cam to always see your tandems no matter how jacked your tractor trailer gets? It’s about time a new innovative idea came out.
Each and every car launched in 2024 is "2025 model" and cars launched in 2025 are all "2026 model". Car manufacturers have been doing this for many decades, I don't know who they are fooling or what the purpose is, it is indeed confusing but probably has some sort of reason.
Went down hill after sweden sold it to united States. Now they even got rid of the Sun roof. It's better than nothing but a far cry from what Volvo use to be. 🖤❤️🖤❤️🍩🌶️
One of the most unreliable trucks on the market, has been that way for years. I could care less about the comfort, its all about being on time with deliveries and getting home without paying a visit to a dealer!
Hate to break it to you but you're in the minority with that opinion, Volvo has built a reputation for reliability and truckers from all over the world use them, love them and would swear that they are the best.
2 minutes and 18 seconds of rain and desert pictures lol... People that ACTUALLY DRIVE semis don't care about the damn theatrics of these videos. Talk torque specs, grade pulling, per mile operating costs and so on. Volvo in America is regarded as second from the bottom above International and just behind The FL Cascadia. Stop asking engineers what they should design and ask guys driving, living and paying for these things what WE WANT. Why is that so difficult to understand?
... now if they could only capitalize on the drivetrain giving them ample torque to get up an down hills; much less mountains; with 40K+ like the C15 or 3406B 425 cat; they'd be in business for sure
Yea, it's a nice ride - but who's going to fix it? Locally by me there's only ONE shop to fix vehicles. For a simple fuel filter housing and alternator its been there for WEEKS. No support means no purchase.
Definitely love my VNL760, the turning radius far outperforms my brothers International LT, and is way more comfortable. Would love to persuade my fleet manager into upgrading me to one of these instead of the LT.
