2024 VW Atlas: This Drives Like An Audi Now! 

Fellas, the Volkswagen only weighs 4,400 lbs, it’s not a full-size ladder frame chassis. The 4 cylinder is more than enough. It’s a solid motor. Way better than a naturally aspirated v6

Look at all the goddamn space in the engine bay like why they should’ve kept the V6 the car is beautiful inside and out but not with that engine fucking psycho ass manufactures, they keep dropping cylinders, but raising the prices makes no goddamn sense

I hate climate controls being integrated into the infotainment. Makes it harder to adjust while driving cause you have to look and fiddle with the screen.

Looks like they did improve it. The engine is probably the weakest link being only a four banger tasked to move this large car.

I would like to see you using the hda especially in curves so i can see if it does well as the telluride.

VW could of easily put 290 hp with this 2.0 liter turbo with how big this SUV is

I have a Volkswagen atlas 2021. My wife hit a deer in May 2023. The car is been sitting at the autobody shop. Every sense since they cannot source a bumper or hood for it. Volkswagen cannot tell us when they will start making hoods and bumpers for their most recent cars and this has left us with a car payment and insurance but no car to drive. I would not buy a Volkswagen atlas or any Volkswagen for that matter Volkswagen is not manufacturing parts to repair their cars.

The facelift made it more upscale (and pricy too).

Not a fan of the changes this model year. I have the 2022 and see nothing I'd want to upgrade for. They lost the engine. They made the infotainment system/climate controls worse. Nothing looks wise is better. Then again I have the r line sel premium. Looks like a step backwards.

I remeber being at an O'Reily's auto parts store and a guy did obd test , his Atlas has 20 error codes . Vw not so reliable any more

Changing drive modes looks cumbersome. No power steering column. Hard pass on this one.

I hate volks

The 4-cylinder definitely looks lost in that engine bay. Interesting that Mazda is putting a turbo inline 6-cylinder engine in the new CX-90 while VW does away with the VR6 engine. VWs improvements in the 2024 Atlas were definitely needed to keep it somewhat competitive in its class but the CX-90 looks like it's going to be the new class leader. While I love the exterior styling of the Atlas the black plastic wheel well inserts make it look cheap compared to many of its competitors.
