Gonna be an epic series. I’m just glad our generation gets to witness one of the oldest October rivalries in baseball. These teams have played the most World Series against eachother. Plus all the powerhouse super stars on both side. Can’t wait.
To be fair the Dodgers starting pitching got rocked by the Padres. A Padres team many considered to be the most complete team coming into the postseason. The Dodgers getting back Vesia and possibly Graterol to beef up the bullpen is gonna make them that much better

And they also set the record for most walks in the first 4 games of a post season series. If you think Yankees have the better offense you're nuts. Ohtani had a 1.185 ops in the nlds and he didn't even win the nlds mvp. Stanton had a 1.222 ops and won mvp in the alcs. Dodgers have 7 more hr. 27 more rbi, and 23 more hits. Its not even close.
Judge has not really got started yet in my opinion. Stanton and soto picked up the rest of the team now the bottom half along with the great half will win
As a Dodger fan, I just don’t see how Yankee offense will continue its hot hitting streak, especially Stanton. He’s pretty easy to figure out. We just need to shut down Soto and Judge and the rest of the line-up is mediocre at best.
The Dodgers had the 3rd most blown saves in all of baseball this year. If there's an edge I give to the Dodgers, it's their left handed power that can wreck games with the short porch at Yankee Stadium.
MGM has LA at -130 to Yankees at +110. LA is the favorite to win and I agree. Complete team from top to bottom. Yankees only has Soto and Stanton. Don't even mention Judge with his .161 BA. Soto was intentionally walked to pitch to Judge. Series ends at 4-1 Dodgers. 4-2 Because Vegas and MLB wants to extend the series to make more money but they can only do so much.

The Dodgers are also missing their two best relievers in Vesia and Graterol. Their best left handed reliever and their best right handed reliever.But it’s looking like they might be back in time for the Yankees series. That would be a huge huge huge help for the Dodgers As for the hitters the Dodgers have all star Freddie Freeman limping around like he just left his first duty party. It’s possible the week off he has had the score of the World Series starts will help him, but it’s unlikely.
Baseball is so unpredictable. I know this, Araron Judge is overdue for a World Series ring. I'm actually a Cubs fan, but if there's any player long overdue for a ring considering all the hype that he deservingly gets, I wouldn't mind seeing Judge finally get that ring. It just depends who which team pitches and hits better in the clutch. Hopefully it's 7 games.

I like the dodgers in 6 as well. But the reason why Cole and rondon had a better start was because of the team they were going against. The dodgers pitched against a better offensive team like the braves and Padres plus a well balanced Mets team.

A real baseball team? Cleveland has the best bullpen in the league and they just beat them in a competitive 5 game series. Yankees have great pitching. Dodgers pitching is off and then on. Yankees offense is less explosive but they been facing good pitching. Dodgers are more explosive but have been playing bad pitching. To me this series is going to be decided on the pitching. Can Yankees pitching shutdown the Dodger offense? Or does the Dodger offense keep it hot and walkover the Yankees pitching? Classic Defense vs Offense tale. The Dodgers are no doubt facing the best pitching they have faced to date against the Yankees. But the Yankees pitching is facing the best Offense they have seen to date against the Dodgers. Not just that the dodgers pitching is sometimes hot too it’s just inconsistent. But there will be games where they will be on it against the Yankees too. Example (Mets). I feel like the Yankees are more consistent but the Dodgers when hot are other worldly. But the Padres nearly got them. And the Mets put up a lot of runs on them when they beat them. Yankees have a great defense but again Dodgers offense is different. Two most stacked teams in the MLB!! I could see Dodgers in 5 or 6. The dodger's broke the record for the most consecutive scoreless innings between the Padres and the mets. Which is absurd. The offenses are similar, I would give the nod to the Yankees in the starting pitching, but if the Yankees have a 6 in the bullpen. The dodgers have a 10. Its been insane. They're all going to be well rested too. Robert's was using the worst pitchers he has the last two games and just relying on offense to win the game. They're going to be very well rested for the world series.
Good layout, simple to the point and unbiased. Dodgers do have home field advantage, and Ohtani has really not broken out yet - and he is very familiar with American league pitching. Edge does go to Big Blue, and that is the smart unbiased bet - ask Vegas oddsmakers.

I got to say it agree with lineup and starters picks, but I don't with the pen. IMO the dodgers are going to have to add more lefties to that pen to deal with soto, wells, jazz, and rizzo. So they losing some of that length, while the yanks are going to be adding (hopefully) nestor into the mix to help out, prob replacing stroman
What tips this series for me is LA dont have a lefty starter. Yanks struggle with lefty pitchers. Jack Flarrety ain’t going to get it done. Yankees in 6. They will win 2 in LA and 2 in NY. #28

Doyers in 6. Best team in baseball. Bullpen is far superior than anything the Yanks have seen. But the offense is where the Dodgers strength really is. They do not chase pitches. Very balanced and disciplined roster 1-9.

Ive seen great Yankees teams as favorites to win along with some insane Braves and Dodgers teams . The best team with all these great stats dont always win . Its the WS . And yeah im a yankee . Dodgers are scary . We are about to find out

I have become convinced Manfred pulled strings for this to happen. Rangers vs D-Backs had the worst ratings in World Series history then the biggest 2 markets play next year. Smells fishy to me 🤷

Games weren’t rigged but the MLB pulled big strings to make this happen. Shipping Soto to an already stacked Yankee team. Making them a super team. Shipping Ohtani and not only Ohtani but Yamamoto as well to an already stacked I mean Dodger super team that kept choking in the playoffs. These are the 2 most stacked teams by far in the MLB with 3 top 10 players on each team not mention the rest of the top 100. The MLB wanted this!! And it happened!!
