It looks like the latest challenger to you because the latest charger wasnt retro styled. But it does look like the dodges from the first muscle car period of the 60s/70s. Im still hoping to see a new challenger/barracuda. But now im moreso expecting the brand to sink and get sold off
If people think mopars are boats before now the new banshee is an actual boat with the banshee weighing over 5k pounds. That’s probably way more heavier than the Durango
Electric cars are definitely not the future. They're far too expensive and the material it takes to manufacture them is not where it needs to be to support this switch, especially with how fast they think they need to do it. Dodge knows this, which is why they came out with their inline 6 version. Since they were forced to not produce V8s (being so far behind), they made EV their higher end performance streamline. These i-6 cars are likely going to be temporary for Dodge while they wait to see what happens. I personally think hydrogen is going to overtake standard EVs just because they can double as combustible or electric. But for now, it seems that Dodge is still keeping their cards close to their chest
From a business standpoint, a v6 is more dominant for a general consumer and living in Calabasas . Many drive an ev. I got a v8 and a 4 cylinder but no ev yet. I see too many evs on the side of the freeway a lot waiting to be towed tho
Pretty sure that's why they offer the i6 version. I'm actually pretty excited to see what that one has in store, comes standard in AWD and can be manually put into RWD. A V8 would have been nice this time around but the new Charger looks pretty good to me
