What app are you using in the ruckus vids for your speedo? I just got the phone mount for my ruck and am looking to run the same as you. Love the vids!
There's several mini-moto offerings on the market but the GROM seems to be the most popular. Personally I'd love to get my hands on the CFMoto Papio SS. It's one of the few mini-motos to do its' own thing and the only one to have a 6-speed transmission. All of the other mini-motos seem like they're trying to be the GROM but it's not working out. :)
Hopefully CFMoto's Papio SS makes Honda actually try harder in the U.S.. Like, for the 2025 Grom they basically just changed the side panels and called it a new gen and actually bothered to start offering a tiny bit of accessories that they already offer in Thailand & other countries. It's ridiculous. If you want ABS, they force you into just one color, white. You want a belly pan straight from the dealer? Well, you can only get the SP Black Grom...but no ABS. Like they're just playing lame dealership games. Why can't you get any color offered, with or without ABS? The only difference for the SP is the black & belly pan, an accessory you can literally add on their menu anyway. Stuff like that is STANDARD all all the color offerings on the Papio SS and it's cheaper. I like the Grom a lot and doesn't really need to change. I'm just stating that they're basically trickling things for the sake of segmentation that makes no real sense. The aftermarket scene for the Grom is the best thing though; it's beyond awesome. There's a few stuff coming out for hte Papio SS though.
@@CheapSushi Auto manufacturers do the same thing. They give you "options" to choose but when you choose the one you want it makes you tack on some extras you don't want. Or you choose an exterior color and go for a different interior it switches your chosen color to something you don't want. Because you can't have those two together. I think if the Papio gains more popularity in the future it'll have its' own customization scene like the Grom. The Grom is so big because it's been out for a few years and when it came on the market no one else was selling a mini-moto. Sadly because the Grom was the first of its' vehicle type everyone else keeps trying to copy its' design instead of doing their own thing. That's why the Papio SS stands out to me. In a sea of same-old same-old from Honda and other manufacturers the Papio SS is doing its' own thing visually. Then, as far as full size bikes go CF Moto is working on the VOOM 500 that has a similar type of look to the Papio SS. But, like with a lot of things people just don't have the extra spending money right now to buy fun things and some stuff is still hard to get.
@@Slane583 From what I read CFMoto is working with an Italian company for their design work, the name is escaping me, so not surprised they went for something to stand out. I'm kinda worried that CFMoto will get banned or high tariffed; there's some discussion about it by the Biden administration.
@@CheapSushi I wouldn't worry about the tariffs. The tariffs are a bargaining tool to get manufacturers to make things in the US. Because it would be cheaper to make them domestically than to import them. The closest manufacturing plant that CF Moto has to the US is Mexico. Yes it's not the US directly but it's one step closer. If CF Moto wants the US market bad enough they will eventually have to make a manufacturing plant here. They're doing their best to compete with the likes of Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Can-Am and Polaris. So eventually building a manufacturing plant in the US would be a smart move. But we will have to see.
Nice bike. Looks and sounds like great quality. Have you taken delivery of your Navi? I can't wait to see your new Navi videos. I haven't made my mind up yet lol .
Trust me you will. But trust me it’s sooo worth it and so much fun, better than full size bikes. Just make sure you wear a full face helmet so no one can recognize u
Entry level ktm doesn't get that mgp. Nor the after market support or the community. Get whatever bike you want, but it's silly to deny different people want different things. Also an entry ktm is taller
It's not that slow, in urban traffic you leave any other bike behind, for open road you buy the Honda windshield, a high flow filter and 70 mph is not slow for a 125cc bike.
