i think the front end is ok. i have a white 2022 SEL w/ activity. personally, i prefer my front end. i think it looks more modern. this looks like it should have been the first design, and mine (the old one) should be the updated redesigned version. the interior dash is superior to my 2022. love that shelf above the glove box. (not sure what good it is, but i do like it.) lastly not a fan of the steering wheel. i also prefer the 2022. one last thing, i do wish i had the navigation feature they added in 2024. i assume this one has that also.
"I think the updates are worth the wait" LOL I cancelled my deposit for one the in '21 when I found out it didn't have memory seats (chip shortage?) and have been waiting every year for them to have that feature, FINALLY!!!
The closing doors sounds still, like the 2004 hyundai tiburon and 2014 genesis coupe wich i love and still own i love hyundai because i good and durable and made in america, USA, USA, USA!!!!
I’m buying that exact color and 2025 in October if it’s available! It’s exactly what I need for my business, I don’t care about what it can tow or if it’s fast 💨! It’s a great looking truck for a “ great price” , but in reality all vehicles are overpriced.
Interior redesign overall looks better. However, the new steering wheel looks terrible. Glad there is still a traditional shifter and not the new column mounted one that is in the 2025 Tucson and 2024 Santa Fe.
Santa would be happy cruzing this around at christmas when his sleigh is broken that's for sure LOL!..... Anyways, yeah, this is a great small truck that's made even better. And i am so GLAD that Hyundai finally fixes the mess that is the old santa cruz/tucson's center stack on which many capacitive buttons take their place.
I actually think they upgraded the wrong end of the car -- it didn't really need a facelift. It needed the C pillar to be more rigid, upright and squared off. Instead of being so angular. The steep angle of the C pillar gives it an effeminate vibe, and I'm disappointed to see they didn't address that
The ironic part of you saying ‘it feels bigger’ is that it is actually smaller than the Maverick haha Also, you might need to do a little more research as the Maverick DOES offer a sliding rear window to the bed… In fact, in the Maverick, it actually is electronically sliding, and not manual. Just think if your going to constantly compare the vehicle to the Maverick, you should REALLY get your facts straight first
