Wanting them to post another interview with Crawford and Perkins with teasers for the DMG/MM. Hopefully they'll include the Beholder appearance random tables from Volos.

The MM cover is gorgeous. I absolutely love the lime-green to dark green colors.

I've missed the videos for the alt cover for the PHB and DMG. Do you think you could do a combine video on all three or at least post the links for the alt covers for the previous two books?

Hope they add Gem dragons to this enriched, fattened Monster Manual. Maybe extra 5 true dragon groups of each family too ( Chromatic, Gem, Metallic, misc ) Bloat excuse is pathetic. As long as each dragon is unique and behave distinctly, have good origin story and neat quirks. Its dungeons and DRAGONS darnit. So my dragon obsessed wishlist?? Including from all editions and newest Fizban Treasury of Dragons: True dragons means a Dragon have pair of wings and 4 legs. Wyvern have 2 less legs and drakes are basically wingless dragons, wyrms are snake like dragons. Chromatic: 1st group of 5 true main: Red, Blue, Green, Black, White 2nd group of 5 true main: Purple, Orange, Grey, Yellow, Brown Purple ( two kinds. The Middle Underdark ones from 3e/ 4 e and Lloyds presumabye Upper Underdark purple that burrow into the surface at night to hunt prey on open fields and small towns etc. Could be renamed Umber/ Violet etc. All 3 have energy to plasmatic breath and share intrigue, knowledge hoarders ) Orange ( live in jungles, in feuds with Greens and Blacks due to territory overlap sometimes. Spew sodium choloride that combust prey in flames in air. In water it explodes them ) Grey ( mercenary like dragons, purely physical attacks, ditch acid bite ) Yellow ( the first Lloyd iteration, WINGED ( or else NOT a dragon! ) and NOT sand dwelling like in later 2e edition/ those should be retconned as beige dragons, spew sodium concentrated water to blind prey, are the smallest, fastest though not neccesarily the weakest ) Brown ( sand, desert dragons. Have modified wings to better " swim " thorugh sand and have head to crush, burrow through hard rock, fewds with Blue dragons fro territory ) Gemstone: 1st group of 5 true main: Amethyst ( royal, sharp purple) , Sapphire ( deep blue ), Emerald ( fresh green ), Topaz ( orange with yellow tint ), Crystal ( clear, shiny white to dirty brown ) 2nd group of 5 true main: Diamond (my idea not official ), Obsidian ( cast out by the above 5 Gem dragon Thanes of Sardior ) , Ruby ( direct offspring of Sardior ), Citrine ( shiny yellow ), Opal ( many coloroed, if not prismatic, contain every colors set in different patterns ) Metallic: 1st group of 5 true main: Gold, Silver, Bronze, Copper, Brass ( Brass should be retconned to spew poison, thye say posion is " evil ", then what about acid? Depends on usage I say ) 2nd group of 5 true main: Orium, Mithral, Adamantine, Tin, Zinc. Last two my ideas becasue to get bronze and brass by mixing Copper + tin/ zinc ) Dosent have to be interbreeding, just stating cohesivness and that Bahamut, like Tiamat can just spawn those kind of dragons even though in real life sense those colors and metals would be products of mixing, Examples of Miscellanious/ cousin dragons, not aligned/ neutral. NOT including Ferrous, elemental dragons, cataclysmic ones etc Chromatic: Deep dragon ( cousin, NOT purple! live in Lower Underdark ) Gemstone: Jade Metallic: Steel

Huge fan of your work Ted but where is the DC20 content buddy?! There's so much hype on this much deserved new ttrpg but we haven't heard anything from you yet man and it feels like it's right up your alley. Hope you get the chance with Alan over the dungeon coach so you guys can have a live stream or maybe he can do a partnered promotion or something with ya. But we gotta hear your voice!!

I did not like the new PHB and DMG covers. But the new MM cover looks great.

Beholder scale creep

I'd love to have some consistency on the quality of the monsters art in the new MM. Old MM had a lot of inconsistency of art style (mainly because it was comissioned to different artists) but some of the time the art looked subpar or just very plain looking and uninspiring. The dragons looked good tho.

The Oracle monster Generator hit 100k!

Beholder looks cartoony and not scary at all and as the cover beast, it should be substantially more intimidating like in OG 5e and 3.5. This guy is NOT the stuff of nightmares, more like fairy tales.

They miss the mark big time. They could have sold both covers of the dungeon masters guide if dungeon master was on the limited edition. They should have used the limited edition dungeon masters guide for the limited edition monster manual.

I honestly wish WoTC didn't screw up at regular intervals. Because of said mess ups I've dropped D&D and moved on. Yes, I still come back and look because I want to like company and its products, I just can't bring myself to do it anymore.

The characters are not even seeing the Beholder XD, Just like in the "van richten's guide to ravenloft"... Ezmerelda and Rictavio didn't notice Strahd is in front of them LOL. it seems AI artist/bot failed the perception check.
