So what??? Cam Skattebo plays one (1) more game and falls all the way out of the first???? I'd like to see a little more confidence in some of these guys bengal.
I think the Pats best move is trading back for some picks and drafting a tackle. Protect him in year two and help him progress, then get him a number 1 receiver in 2026.
Yeah if they stay at 1, trade down, one team is dumb enough to trade up for a qb even tho at the moment no qb has shown themselves worthy of trading up, and I also am not sure taking a tackle at 1 in this class is over reaching as well, not that the tackle class is bad this year
My favorite thing is Bengal's "RB in the 1st round is worth it" monologue every single mock draft video. I agree with it by the way! Elite RBs are absolutely worth it Rd1 as they can be true difference makers.
If I need RB and let's say Edge. If I think my team is going to do well, why the heck would I draft a developmental edge prospect if I can get a great RB. Now if the edge prospect is polished you take the edge prospect. But if not. Why wouldn't you take the better player?
As a Browns fan I do not want Shedeur Sanders because of all the media attention because of his dad we already had the attention with Watson because of the misconduct I would rather have Jalen Milroe or Quinn Ewers
I think if Ashton Jeanty is there at 15 Broncos take his especially if the top 2 WR's are gone and on top of that Javonte Williams will most likely be gone next year imo. He hasn't shown enough since his rookie year to warrant a contract
@@dawsonschilz Bijan Robinson just went #8 two years ago, with Jahmyr Gibbs also going #12. Jeanty is a much superior prospect imo so I wouldnt see it as a surprise whatsoever for him to go top 5. And although it has been a fair amount of years now it wasnt too long ago that Saquon Barkley went #2. I think the NFL actually values backs more than the community draft consensus thinks they do.
Judkins is my favorite RB in the first because of his size and his play. Judkins will go before him but his size will always be a question for me in the NFL.
As a Colts fan, an elite corner is dead on a perfect selection, if one is available. Jaylon Jones is blossoming into a really solid corner with better instincts than you expect. Kenny Moore is such a playmaker, our LB's are see-ball-get-ball monsters, but don't offer much in coverage, so if we can get someone who can press and is physically imposing in press, and zone coverage, it really could get scary
@@TadaOU Casual take, he's a developing QB with a cannon, and his legs are highly effective in the red zone, even if they don't want to run him between the 20's.
0:49 FWIW I am a Steelers fan and I would be psyched if they took a Brian Burns or Kyle Hamilton in first. They have the highest paid defense in the NFL and need an influx of young playmakers to stay relevant.
Browns fan here....I love your mock drafts first of all, you always do a great job, so I have to give kudos here. That said, is Sanders off the field stuff worth the high pick? The social media stuff, throwing his o-line completely under the bus after the Nebraska game, to how he handled the Colorado State situation, and other similar issues. Again, the talent is definitely there, BUT wouldn't it be better for Cleveland to try and grab a QB with less controversy, like Cam Ward or Quinn Ewers?
The saints need to draft O-line before anything else. They’re always banged up and need someone who would be able to stay healthy. (Partly due to their medical staff) Any of the LSU or Texas tackles would be ideal at that spot. They could slide penning over to guard and possibly have one of the best o-lines in the nfl with that move. Then look for wr, edge, lb, even QB.
How do you feel about Wyatt Milum? He’s got probably the best tape I’ve seen from the tackle spot this cycle, and I can see him skyrocketing up draft boards in the next month or so.
Bengal I hope you can translate this correctly. I am a Vikings Fan. I don't mind getting a running back in round 1. I agree with your point, but getting the third running back off of the board feels bad. That's insane value for the third best running back and you really didn't have much to say about the guy. KOC needs an all-around back like Jones to make his offense work. We can see the difference when Jones is on and off the field. If Judkins is anything but that, why did we use such a high pick? We don't know anything about the player from what you said to even make the assumption for you.
I would definitely be fine with Will Johnson to the Giants, people would probably revolt not taking Cam Ward (or any QB really), and I kinda think they should take that chance, but Johnson would be an amazing smart pick, that defense would be legit going forward
Man my guy feels like everyone in Cleveland right now!! Thank you for saying it 😂😂😂!! So you think Sanders over Milroe or Ward or Ewers? I personally look at this can the Qb lead, can he make all the throws, and can you throw in anticipation. So if anything Browns need to move up in the 1st find a reciever and tackle.
If the Bills don’t resign Amari after this year and don’t pursue any FA options then yeah, I think they get a WR maybe outside of the 1st Round depending on how the board falls. Jets have several lower depth guys that haven’t gotten a shot yet that still have years of control left on their rookie deal. (Gipson and Corley) so I think the Jets need more focus on the OL because they’re pretty old on the left side.
Honestly for Denver I dont see WR. Its a saturated room with some younger talents that I think they will try to develop. The RB room seems to be the biggest weakness and I see them taking Jeanty instead.
As an Ohio State fan, I love the Josh Simmons love but wouldn't his draft stock fall a slight bit since he's most likely out for the rest of the season?
