It’s imperative that we heal ourselves! We all have the same traumas. It’s the story of how you experienced the trauma. If we actually shared our experiences with one another we would see how similar we all are. By healing yourself you can help heal others by providing them compassion and your experience my help another heal their own. From how I understand it we will begin the stages of governing ourselves and let’s face it if we are all running around unhealed continuing to hurt others we won’t make it very long without chaos.

When you were speaking about how humans have been rushed to grow up or flourish when we don’t truly mature until around 40… it just makes me wonder if the rapid increase of autism diagnoses have to do with the changes coming? Like people with autism are just a little ahead of their time or it’s just how everyone is going to be in the future so right now they’re still “outnumbered” or seem to have a disadvantage/disability when it’s really the opposite? They are at an advantage by not being neurotypical in a lot of ways. Like they’re being allowed to grow, mature, and learn at their own pace and given the extra time and attention they need in most cases. I’m not trying to downplay the struggles that do come with Autism but I’ve always felt that maybe those with ‘disabilities’ are possibly at an advantage in a lot of ways because they aren’t forced to live up to the unrealistic expectations of society and (hopefully) receive a bit more compassion from the world? Just a theory. Not meaning to be offensive in any way. 💗

Hi M I jut found you and though this video is dated, I decided to begin here. Firstly, many years ago (yes, born in 1961) someone told I was born on the year of the revolution? It’s beginning to resonate. I haven’t found a contemporary (of my age) except Ra with whom I can relate, that said, I’m here. I’m an emotional projector split def and 4/6. Great video, but the bit about sage and vision boards is really missing the point. That’s like scoffing at taking vitamins if you have an accident and break an arm and have to go to the emergency room. Are the vitamins the acute fix in an emergent situation? No. Does that mean they do nothing for you? Absolutely not. Actually, the vitamins may increase your ability to heal or even decrease your likelihood of certain types of fractures and acute emergencies. 💡

In 2015 something happend to me. Suddenly i saw everything different, but many of my friends didnt. Its actually very hard and difficult. At The same time i have met so many new people who are the same. With the pandemic we were seen as idiots because we didnt follow the msm. I dont know. Everything is so strange. Im just a regular man with family. Nothing special with me. Do you have any suggestions how to deal with this?
