How long would you expect the scape to continue growing without additional fertilisers other than what - I assume- is in the substrate?

With fish, fish food, and fish waste I'd expect it to go along for many years assuming it's balanced with reasonbable low light. Mine have.

Hello! I'm not sure if you'll respond to this comment, but I was just curious about where you obtained the rocks in your aquascape. I'm looking to do something similar to your setup, but I'm finding it increasingly difficult to find small rocks like the ones shown in the video. Thanks!

I found it in my backyard I think it's granite. You could buy rocks at a landscape store, online, or at an aquarium. If you don't want to use any money on rocks you can find them on lakes, rivers, hill sides, cliffs and so on... just see if it's legal to get rocks from those places.(sometimes it doesn't matter if you collect just a few rocks) Hers a link on how to choose safe aquarium rocks: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ybZPmDIuzQ8.html Sorry for the late reply.
