First, I love your saree drape - so pretty! It’s interesting to see the differences in both kitchens - what’s important re. cooking styles, clean-up and storage. I perform historical renenactment, so I’m used to non-electrical kitchens at encampments, but I’m glad to get back to my modern conveniences afterward 😊

With all modern helping items ladies are not interested in cooking and love to eat outside. But in olden days they loved cooking and larger quantity cooked with limited amenities. Taste was also great . That I remember
