I follow monk mode when i am in 12 class ... i completed syllabus in just 3 months but after 1 year gap all things were changes but now i again start monk mode

I accept this challenge 🙂( 26-06-2024) From yesterday I am starting monk mode 🔥🔥 Trying to wake up early and then 1 glass of water 30 mins meditation 30 mins exercise nd walking 15 mins fresh to do study 1st deep work session of 4 hours (take 15 mins break) Rest for 1 hours (do something in which I'm interested nd feel happy) 2nd deep work session of 4 hours (take 15 mins break) Go to bed as early as possible. 3 liter water Avoid social media Apne kaam se kaam rkhna Purpose is vvi Focus Discipline We will meet after 21 days 🔥🔥😅
One observation to share. Concept is definitely good. However the visuals and images in between are bit extreme negative. I think if those are avoided, then it will be even better content. My intent is to share feedback for improvement. Thank you !!
