I've never fasted more than 24 hours in my life. Today, I'm completing day 3. This is very hard, but I'm praying to God so he can give me grace. Maybe in a few days, I'll start Daniel type fast. Please pray for me I do want to finish

I love and trust in you Jesus even though I have fallen on hard times. I know you are my Lord and savior. I will stay faithful and true. Heavenly Father please give me the strength to keep supporting my two autistic children, and myself. My sons require a lot from me because they are special needs. Due to them having issues in school, I’m now homeschooling them. I’m a single mother my husband passed away unexpectedly years ago. I lost my job at Forsyth hospital because I declined the vaccine. I have heart disease and I suffer from lupus that’s the major reason why I declined the vaccine. I’m waitressing and I’m grateful but I’m not making enough to make ends meet. Every month is a struggle, to not end up on the streets with my boys. Also now that I’m homeschooling them my schedule is limited. I’m so overwhelmed and ashamed. I get harassed and bullied on this app for sharing my testimony. It makes me want to give up. But even as I struggle! I have faith in God and I STILL PRAISE HIM! THANK YOU YESHUA! I KNOW God will provide. All praise to the MOST HIGH!

Day 24 for me on the 2nd 21 day fast. Going strong still. I started the first 21 day fast and only fasting until 1pm and misding breakfast. However I messed up on the second day. I ask God what He wanted me to do. As in continue to fast until 6pm or add on a day. I didn't feel nothing so i carried on as normal the next day. When I got up the next day I found myself wanting to continue the fast. But I also found myself declaring and decreeing that I would succeed on this fast. I havn't messed up since praise God. Still going strong but half qay through God took me to all day fasting then a secobd 21 fast too. 😉🤣

Day 3 Doing great on the fast but when I finish I struggle not to over eat. I know I shouldn't eatvto much but that was one of my strongholds and I know Gids working on it I just don't know how to fight it. 😢

I am on day 11. Tomorrow I'll be day 12. I am doing a liquid fast. Include clear juices and broths. Also coconut water. I found myself thinking about food a lot not so much as eating it but I have a long drive to work and I see a place and think about stopping in there and getting something. Just as quick I am able to drive past. I only partake of the liquids when I feel like I need my energy booster for work. I get home late at night and I felt drained from the long drive and working all day so I have a little bit of soup. Soup without bulk.

On day 3 I stopped at 2:00 today. I have compressed disc on my lower back and was on water fast. After church my back hurt so bad I could not sit or lay in bed. I dance in worship and I think I did something since I dont know, but as soon as I ate it stopping hurting. I have tried several time to do a three day water fast and have not been able to complete one yet. I have completed a three day liquid fast but not a three day water fast. Also I ate chewy gummy vitamins during fast. Any suggestions?

During Fast do rest. Don't go for physical workout neither dancing nor hard workout simply do walking and even not brisk walk. Moreover, before you dive in longer fast stop all types of Caffeine (Coffee, black and green tea etc) also eliminate sugar in all your diet. When you do these all, go for OMAD, and please stop taking too much sugary fruit like mangoes and bananas, fruit which are high in sugar will lead you to hunger. Eat more protein to have the sense of fullness. And when you start fasting and not taking food anymore, do dry fasting for 24 hours because dry fasting is more easy than water fasting, and after 24 hours of fasting you could start water fasting which will pave the way for water fasting.
