Dina Stuart my thoughts and prayers are with you. By the end of this challenge you will be the kind mother to your inner child that you never had. You are whole and complete without lack. Love flows to you and through you. By forgiving your mother you will let go of the horrible memories which have become your ball and chain and ultimately, experience freedom from all that hurt you. It will be life altering and transformative.

Yes, I can understand your pain. But you cannot carry the luggage as it would only add weight to your head. Just believe in your self, be aware of your now and move on quietly without allowing your past to hurt you further. Sending lots of love and blessings to you. Stay strong! Stay aware! Hi Dina, I highly recommend the book complex ptsd: from surviving to thriving. There are a lot of good nuggets in there about healing from childhood trauma and recovering our true nature. Sometimes we cannot forgive until we fully grieve all that happened. Sending you love on the healing journey ❤

Dina Stuart forgiveness is the key to move forward. Please work on your emotional pain, and you will be out of this trauma. Consider mother nature as your creator. Don't overthink or get bog down by your past. You can't change it, so it's better to forgive and be kind to your self.

I'm sorry to hear that. I'm the same here. There will always been a pain due to the abuse even when we forgive. I did forgive my mother for what she did and I cut contact because she still act in a toxic way and cannot change. Our mothers must have been terribly in pain to treat us as they did and do not feel any regret for that. I think the only regret they might have is not feel love. That's probably the reason they hate self-themselve so much. Unfortunately they can only provide us with what they have, that the reason why we suffered so much. I guess if you realised you were abused you've probably broke the circle of hatred. Well done! Love yourself for that! You finally started to mother yourself. For this task I just asked myself what my regrets. If we survived horrific abuse, thrived and broke the cycle we were more evolved at birth than our own mothers. There is no point to try to figure out what are their regrets except to bring us back where we were not supposed to be. Btw I forgave my mother for my own piece of mind and I'm not in contact with her: forgiveness and reconciliation are two separate things. I know there'll be always a pain when we think about how we we're treated. It is just that the pain become more like the pain we feel when a friend would relate us the same story. I think this is what healing looks like at the end. It is when we learn to be a true friend to ourselves. All the best! I send you a lot of love.

Obviously the mothers were disturbed souls; forgiveness as you will see the gateways to higher consciousness and good luck will open ! May you all heal and be well !
