Quarterback Donovan McNabb and the Syracuse Orangemen traveled to Norman, Oklahoma to take on the Oklahoma Sooners coached by John Blake. The game featured two impressive offensive stars including McNabb along with Sooner's running back sophmore De'Mond Parker. Oklahoma would stun the Orangemen 36-34, blocking 3 kicks (2 punts, 1 field goal) giving Oklahoma it's first home win under John Blake, and first home win since North Texas game in 1995.
