I used this when I went to India and went everywhere , I was by myself and had no issues or concerns , it was the best trip I ever took for 3 Months , so glad I went by myself and didn't listen to the negative feedback about India .

My 4 year old daughter pointed to Delhi on a map as a place she wanted to live. So we watched this video so she could understand what Delhi is like. Now she REALLY wants to visit Delhi. Thanks for posting the video.

..The great thing about India, is that theres so much difference wherever you go, the people in North India..look, act, eat and talk completely different to South Indians, and also completely different to East Indians and the same with those living in the West. In all honestly it's one country, but culturally and ethnically it's more like 5-6 countries in one.

Indian is an exciting country. The Cultural diversity is overwhelming The country is marked by thousands of years old, and modern influences. And the overwhelming culinary diversity is impressive. The streets of markets, of endless aromas of spices and Street food are fantastic. Unfortunately, the divide between rich and poor is very large. Nevertheless, everywhere you can see friendly people.

My favorite things about visiting was the food and how there was so much to see and do. Call me weird but I loved to watch people just doing their everyday thing. India has so much to offer.

For me, India is the most beautiful country in the world. In fact, it is not a country, but another world. A good and beautiful world. So, it become even a family. A great family. And I feel that I'm part of this family. I love India, with all. Not exist poor people or rich people. Exist people. With soul. Maybe is another world. But on the same planet. Thanks and I wish you all the best, with health and happiness, in peace ! Sincerely, Dinu, 60, from Romania ~ Namaste _ / | \ _

Thank you very much dear @subhashishbanerjee ~ I always say what I think. And I'm convinced that India is a holy territory. Unfortunately, I live in "West". I would have wanted to be born and live in "East" ... in India. Probably this will be in my next life. Namaste !

Nice attempt at exploring and showcasing the diversity of city.Lots of other videos just revolve around busty streets of chandni chowk which does repel many tourists as they never get to know that clean and wide spaces do very much exist in modern and new delhi.

Hey Tenzin, I actually stayed in an apartment of a friend of mine, but I did check out a few hotels while I was there and saw some nice ones - I wrote an article called "where to stay in Delhi" on my website - just search for it. Depending on your budget you could try Smyle Inn (budget), or Saket Bed and Breakfast (not budget). Hope you have a great trip!

I'm a a British fair skinned red haired woman who is 1/4 indian but you'd never know by looking at me unfortunately, anyway l travelled & lived all over India on my own but in Delhi you do have to be extra careful & cautious esp after 8pm & keep away from quiet areas, l had no problems at all & met so many amazingly friendly people, shared gorgeous free food on trains & buses with families!

Anyways one must notice Delhi is place for every religion and culture even though City is very much crowded. If some one want see figure out only negativity then even haven is not enough for them! As per economics rule we are a third world country and very proud of historical and multicultural city - Delhi!

That's nice to hear! Oh yeah, just remembered watching a few of your China videos. I highly recommend visiting the mega cities of Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou etc. Also I think the number one city in China you must visit is Chengdu - it is one of the UNESCO named City of Gastronomy. So much good and spicy food there!! As for myself, I have been to Beijing, Shanghai, Sichuan (Chengdu), Hangzhou, Suzhou, Hong Kong, Macau! Hong Kong is another must! Argh, so many destinations!!

As for what women wear in Delhi it's a mix, western, indo western & firmly indian. My female friends usually wore jeans with long kurta(indian style top) or salwar kameez ESP if going in hotter mths (this is cotton loose trousers, long top, thin veil type scarf) this is easily available in south Asian areas or order online
