Amen for nod to Publix! I loved Metro Diner when I visited Jacksonville. I plan to retire in Jax early next year from Miami. Yes, your traffic is bad there, but not as bad as Miami. Many in Miami are rude and I am tired of this. Yes, you can have hurricane threats, but nothing like Miami with frequency. Tolls are frequent and outrageous in Miami and Orlando. I also love the fact that Jax is attracting a younger and more diverse population. Loving the shift with your city encompassing more of the blue vote.

Used to be stationed there and for the love of god my house in the west side was upside down for a decade then when it made equity I quickly sold it 😂 a lot of things change since then so I’m thinking retiring there soon
