I just came across this been swaging for quit a few years. Did Richard make these dies for you? I have the Walnut Hill as well. I would love to have some dies made up in 25, 35, and 457.
Hello I bought it on a drum and cut it down to length suitable to fit in to a air tight pasta container , I buy from a company In Rotherham,South Yorkshire
@@Premierslugs There are some people out there who tap the die with a hammer to form the pellet. If you google for images you'll see them. Manufacturer name was "Star" something, but I couldn't find it for sale. Allegedly the "Star" die is about 200 dollars, so it's much more affordable.
Hi bud just found your site if you don’t mind me asking where did you get your press and dies from I got .25 would like to have a go at making some many thanks john Anglesey north wales
Hi I bought it used from a guy in Telford , the press is a Corbin walnut hill and are still available on the Corbin website in the Us , they are quite expensive though dies are Approx £550
Good morning, welcome, I want to buy a press like this one and the piece. Is it possible to have the dimensions and measurements if I want to make one like this? Thank you.
@@Premierslugs ah ok thanks for that, im using a gmi swager, saves a fortune on slugs, where do you get your lead wire, i cast my blanks as im a roofer in london i get a lot of lead but the wire looks quite handy.
