Your advice for highlighting the strengths of a generalist was something I did not realize I needed. I have had a very dynamic career path, and I have sometimes worried that it could appear scattered. I have watched a lot of good interview videos, but you are the first person I have seen addressing that. Thanks!
Thank you! Yes generalist skills are fantastic, you can constantly pivot with less growing pains should you want to, and pick up new fast, specializing has its benefits but generalist work has a wider range and slightly less risk.

Thank you for the feedback! It depends on the question and what you need to highlight in your answer. If you need to highlight a specific skill, you may need to include more detail in your example, so that skill is represented in your answer.

I just come across this platform. Im having a pre-recorded interview for remote technical support, I'm clueless on what to expect as this is a Customer Service Agent position. I would like you to kindly assist with posting most likely asked questions about troubleshooting or scenerio questions that customers are likely to ask. One of the question im curious to get an answer is " If you had to assist an elderly customer with downloading WhatsApp, talk us through steps", how do I then answer this question? Provide an example where you had to solve a problem when completing an assignment. Describe the challenges and your specific actions taken in the problem solving process. Explain the result.
Another excellent video. Could you please consider doing content surrounding in tray assessments-how to correctly complete them? This seems to be a widely used assessment method for HR roles and I have struggled with answering them well.

It depends on which question you're answering, but you can use situations from other areas of your life, any projects, studies, volunteer work, or related personal hobbies. Are you struggling with a particular question?
