I’m not sure how accurate this is, but I heard it was a play on how some films have way too many unnecessary sequels (Fast and Furious being the most obvious example).
I wish they made one more film because 1) the construction across the street saying “23rd coming soon” and 2) just having one more film to make a trilogy.
ECL28E Clapping is really weird, I guess it’s an American thing? Laughing, obviously. But clapping would just annoy everyone in my cinemas and they’d think they’re crazy.
This movie is still hilarious to this day! Lol 2021! Despite everything that’s happened i love to go back and see these videos because it brings me back movie theater memories
Honestly, one of the funnest things you can do is go watch a comedy in a packed theater! Unfortunately, it seems like people where I live only ever go see Marvel movies now because the past 3 times I've gone to see a movie the place was empty...
Maybe you won't do it but you should try to do a audience reaction to Vacation. I saw the movie on opening weekend and a lot of people were laughing. I also think it's the funniest movie of the year. Of course I'm not saying put it on youtube now but wait a month before it's dvd and bluray release and then put it up because I'm guessing you're doing it that way just so you won't get in trouble with copyright.
AudienceReactions I just saw Fantastic Four today, it's not as bad as everyone is saying it is but it had the potential to be more entertaining when it comes to action but it's still a good movie, but Vacation is still the better movie.
Unfortunately, it underperformed at the box office, and got VERY BAD reception, so the plans for a sequel are cancelled, and for Fox's schedule, the slot for the sequel now has a blank mark (presumably for the Deadpool sequel).
***** Good movies exists in every decade, not just the 60's and 70's. There are also some good movies that people haven't heard of that have came out in every decade.
0:50 What if we went to the Secret Service? Interesting foreshadowing from Channing Tatum since he goes to protect the President in White House Down. XD
well common rule of thumb, don't see a movie on a friday or saturday night late on opening weekend. probably when this was filmed, when the majority of the theater was drunk or high
Mug Shot i saw it in theatres twice, the audience made it so much better. We were all collectively falling out of our seats laughing. You could hardly hear the movie at times over both your own and others laughing.
Then you wouldn't want to live in Los Angeles every theater like that especially one down on Crenshaw but I love that theater, love the ppl's positivity
+ManWithTheMoustache Because the audience had fun and clapping shows how much they enjoyed it. Thats how it works at the movies. They are no rules for Clapping, you can clap all you want if you really enjoy the movie. If no one enjoys it No Clap.
+AudienceReactions It's got nothing to do with joy, it's called being respectful of other cinemagoers. Clapping at the end is understandable but after every laugh during the film? That's very irritating and not very considerate of others, joy or not.
