Ghormeh Sabzi ( khoresht Sabzi ) or Persian Herb Stew, is one of the most popular Iranian dishes.
It is considered as the national dish of Iran. All Persian people love this amazing food.The combination of Herbs and Meat and Rice and Spices make it a special meal.The last Saturday of each November was declared as the International Ghorme Sabzi day (Persian: روز جهانی قرمه سبزی) by Iranian expats to familiarize people of different cultures with Iranian cuisine and history.
In this video we also have new members of our village house, one rooster and two cute hens! and you can see our cute baby kitten (Sumac) that is growing so fast. In our rural life we love to have animals in our yard. I hope you enjoy this video 💋

Namaskar and Salam dear sister Shaina.🙏 In India and especially in the province of Punjab we cook the same dish sans stew in purely vegetarian fashion. It's called "Rajma" here in India and is eaten with rice or with Roti the Indian bread. The way you've cooked all the dishes is quite delicious. Much love and respect from India.🙏🌹🌹🙏

I love Iranian cuisine we lived in Iran for 9yrs..in shiraz provience (Jahrome) working in the ministry of health as a doctor They used to call this dish as sabziqurushi... The sourandings are beautiful it must be north of Iran... Dasthe shuma daradnakoni Kahnum...

I was struck by the word sabji, which means vegetables in India. I know that we in India use thousands of words everyday, without any knowledge of their Persian origin. And, of course, I was struck by your beauty and the pure aesthetics of the food that you lovingly cooked. Few observations.. The Site..the cooking area. Outside .. garden..the cats..the hens..the cutlery..washing area ..cooking pots.. stoves etc...absolutely paradise..Very quietly without any disturbance.. systematic method of the whole process...The lady's duties of playing with the CAT..feed for the hens..checking the plants..laying the table and her buddy enjoying the Iranian saffron Rice and the Meat dish was captured in the video very.. very well..Oh last but not the least the Lady was pretty .. everything done with no fuss..
