Im 8 mnth pregnant ...with my first baby.. very much excited to see my cute baby ..he some times knocks on my belly inorder to come out 🤭🤭..water melon is better to avoid getting swollen...I used to drink the juice evry day...so..it keeps hydriate our body nd..helps from getting swolln..whn Im in 2 trimester I had heart burn...I couldnt sleep at night...it was terrific....

I saw on your video you use a big body pillow and here you use a matress that conforms to your body and an inner thigh cusions. What do you highly suggest the most 1-2 items? On a budget. Thank you . Blessings

im so glad you think so! i try to eat healthy and stay active every day, but i still gained 40 lbs so far! every body is different, so i'm just enjoying the journey and trying not to worry about it so much :)
