I can't express my feelings to anyone but there is no one to listen.🙂

I am 17 years old i am learning about new ideas how to change yourself how to control your emotion and thoughts things like enlightenment. Spirituality and philosophical things also i am not changing my mind is just changing sometime i also laze around wast my time reading manga, watching anime stuff. Even i become calm but there are things that i can't understand i facing prblms in my family. Some abt hopeless parents. Trash mind nonsense totally i can't control them so i think i should make myself calm and focus on my studies but it is also hard in one side i am trying to change and get out of my comfort zone and learn abt more myself but the things they do is also affecting me the environment is so overwhelming. I can't make them understand any of the things abt life but how they are messing themselves is also affecting. They create unnecessary worries problms the condition is stress ful. But i keep calm. My but then i face challenge from my side i can't control my thoughts aa a science student i am facing prblms as teen also feel inferior and many things i just become so confused literally. And its sometimes feel like i knows everything its become so confusing. There is nobody whom I can ask it's just me and my thoughts and my smartphone this is the only thing that gave me new ideas make me go out of my narrow minded thinking. But it's just thinking nothing more I feel like to talk to someone who is also a seeker like sir. So i just have these creators sadhguru is one ot them I watch his videos, Jim rohn i hear Abt his ideas, somedays ago I watch krishnamurti videos. Aperture I also watch his videos.i want a long discussion a long talk. I think I am not alone there are many people who are also like me but i am I. I try to right my all thinking thought on a paper I right it hearing soothing music piano and stuff it's give me a peace but after know everything it's frustrate me why I am like this I can't laze around I have to become a hardworker many things are going around. I know I know everything resides on ones mind even I know all these quotes or ideas but I can't help it. I know nobody going to read everybody has there shit going but still I am just writing to clear my mind.
