Hi! Honestly I don’t use a recipes these days as iv been making bread for so long I just go by feel. However I can say a long fermentation is crucial minimum 48 hours or you won’t get the restaurant quality pizza you want. If you do that any simple pizza recipe will work :) the pizza sandwiches are made using the same recipe as a normal pizza only you fold them prior to cooking. We found them better than pizza. Hi! Sure, the cheese was mozzarella!! We don’t really get mosquitoes here because we are on the coast which was a big reason we didn’t want anything inland where they are everywhere, we still get one or two but that’s unavoidable everywhere around the world 😬 The water is a nice temperature now, but I still need a sunny day to hop in, Martin likes his cold swims so he’s been going in since winter 🥶

She is such a curious dog she loves being wherever we are uncovering new things to make sure she gets to have a look. There can be lead paints around but it’s fairly uncommon as linseed oil paint has been and is still the most widely used paint here since the olden days we had them tested anyway but was all clear 😊 The paint is oil based enamel that I was removing from the windows
