Just did this. Only a 25lb. But i did the entire workout. I’ve been bodybuilding for a decade now and in the military for 16 years. And this by far is the hardest workout I’ve ever done.
Totally! Today is my first day out of the gym as I am quarantining myself and I used two 5-gallon jugs with handles and did all sorts of crap. Followed up with a 15 minute brisk run. I do live kind of in the middle of nowhere so there were no people around. I do have some dumbbells and I'm going to hit this on Thursday morning. Thanks guys!
OMG...just came across this RU-vid video this morning and it looks amazing. I will try it out this morning and I hope my 57 year old body doesn't let me down.
Mike, been following you since you began your wellness journey. Big kudos on the macro improvements. New to Scott but have checked out his training methods also, you guys this is a killer hiit type workout. Only did 1 set/ 1 round the other day, too sore hah! Just did it again doing full 2 sets and I'm totally psyched b/c the pump with just one set was amazing. 2 weeks out from a big surf trip and this will def improve my vo2. Not big on running and no pool available to swim so thanks to you both for this workout!!

Nice routine! My idea of dumbell workout means doing workout with dumbbells in hand not tapping them while planking . I love the dance routine though. Abs with dumbells must be in hands or on feet. Dumbbells never leaves my possession. I will send to friends and family. Anything with building and motivation is important and inspiring. Health and strength!

This looks amazing, It's going in my workouts :) I always find it funny how many dislikes there are on a fitness video when we all know the dislikes come from people who don't train, don't appreciate the fitness it all requires, and couldn't complete any of the workouts anyway. Anyone who appreciates fitness and the diff stages, and options there are, wouldn't be hitting the dislike button.

you guys need to do follow along videos - this sort of this would be great if we could watch at home and do it whilst watching it, the way its edited most would have to watch it, pause and start again.
