Aun no consigo una receta y guía exacta de cómo lograr hacer unos fideos así con solo las manos. En verdad que son unos genios, más que solo se necesita sal, harina de trigo y agua para lograrlo. Una maravilla de fideos. Quiero llegar a hacerlos, y llegar a hacerlos ultra delgados, pero no logro ni hacerlos gruesos jejejejeje…. Ya lo lograre algún día.
Veo que hay videos adyacentes que explican como es el proceso de hacer los noddles de ese modo, obviamente que eso no se puede hacer de un día para otro, pero si lo quieres hacer lo puedes intentar y seguramente lo lograras, haria falta sub-titulos (aunquesea en inlges) para que hubiera una guia completa del video.

Looks like the mass of noodles cooked under the sauce. Should've stirred it sooner. I know it's personal preference but if you stir it sooner the noodles won't cook together. My 2 cents anyhoo.
Levyn KHS from what I’ve heard apparently it is completely different than machine pulled. I don’t know myself but I don’t think it’s just tradition even though it has a part.
@@levynkhs8820 Im no expert but I ate a lot of these, both machine pulled and hand-made in Korea. In my opinion, hand made noodles have much better texture than the machine made. Unfortunately, a lot of hand made restaurants are dying off since the machine made is more efficient.
This type of creation requires hardwork, dedication and patience. Hats off to you chef. Your making of handpulled noodles is amazing. I guess no need to go to gym.
