This bag is very beautiful. I also have this one, with a unique hardware. I just bought mine in the So Black HW. Your review is very good; I might have not gotten this bag, if I had seen these warnings in advance. It’s absolutely true that it’s a sensitive bag. I haven’t dented mine from how it rests but I can believe it would. Once I carried it for literally 5 minutes with the chain dangling, which, I think looks the cutest. It’s a casual vibe, and I love how that looks. But unfortunately it left chain dents!!! Literally took 5 minutes. They went away a few minutes later. But imagine how it would look with carrying it that way all of the time. I think this is probably the most special bag style Chanel has made besides the classic flap. I love the sections; it’s a lot like the Louis Vuitton Pochette Metis. But the issue I have with this bag is how careful I’m being with it. I’d be really upset if I damage it. But I’m not free to totally relax and enjoy either. I think my plan is to get the Chanel 19 so I can use it more relaxed and not worry about it, and let the chain hang with top handle. I’ll keep this one for more special days or occasions. Definitely isn’t a daily bag for me.

Great video. I have the exact same bag and in my video I show the indentations on the side - very similar to yours which were also present when I purchased the bag. I guess it’s a running issue as I have seen a lot of people talk about the same thing. It’s such a beautiful bag that even though it has the defect I still purchased it and I still love it

Well, the price reflects the designer, not the bag itself. Luxury brands SHOULD guaranty flawless quality, but unfortunately it is not always the case.

Thanks for sharing .. The Rosegold hardware is really special I have 2 CC trendy in rghw and lghw I intend to sell either one but I’m now leaning towards the rghw. I just wonder if the rghw will change over time.. anyone else has experienced this before?

I got the rose gold trendy cc as well and had a dent in the bottom of the bag. I decided to take it in to Chanel for repair - it’s been over 2 months and I still haven’t got it back yet 😫

OMG exactley I have the same issue with my brand new from boutique 22S beige Trendy CC. Creases and wrinkles on both side of the back corners. And some few on the front 🤦 And I got the one and only one in my country, Sweden 😔 The beige color is sooo stunning, so I don't know if I sould return the bag. I know I won't get another one...

I purchased my Trendy CC with light gold hardware last week. I was just able to examine my bag closely and found some stitching that I’m unsure about. Not sure if I should keep it. 😢

do you still prefer rose gold hardware on this over light gold hardware?

I thought only the classic lines were subject to the quota? Does it also include the trendy?

Thank god Chanel implemented the quota system. So sick of ppl buying multiples and returning. And ppl like you are the same ones who complain about not getting a new bag lmao. Go away!
