I felt that "Oh" at 50:28 😂 The show is actually following the novel so far, OngsaSun are both surrounded by straights making it their belief that hetero is the only option or the norm, especially Ongsa. But worry not, cause in my opinion, it made the tension/build up of them getting together more flavorful. I just hope they'll follow the pacing in the novel where during half time of the story, they're already past that kind of problem I'm looking forward to your episode 4 reaction! 🤍
I did! I recommend you read it too bcs the only similarities between the series and the novel are the character's personality, attitude, and beliefs-and maybe some key highlights of OngsaSun moments. But other than that, it's a whole new experience. I read it in 1 day hahahaa

Love the reaction! Yeah, I agree with the gender thing, it was the only thing I didn't like about what Sun said. I mean, Sun is a girl and she thinks Ongsa is the coolest, right? So it makes no sense why the writers would make her say that.
Maybe they are just trying to build tension. Or I can also imagine Sun saying that just to test Ongsa’s reaction? Maybe she is sensing something already? 🤔 That would be the only reason I can accept haha
