Thanks but theres too many exercises and variables to give weight recommendations.. But lots of ladies at my gym use 12 to 16kg for most of these and guys usually 16 to 24.
Awesome content brother. I did front double goblet squats today and I was thinking about how many other workouts I don’t know of that I need to know. Thank you. Next leg day will be epic. That leg extension workout looks awesome. Can’t wait to try that.

Helpful...and impressive. Lot's new and some I've found informally during play time. Good to know the name of some of them! Any books on the subject you recommend? BTW, have gotten great value from your Trigger Point Therapy Workbook recommendation.
@@kettlebellmusclegain I have Martone's RX book. Great for fundamentals, but doesn't have much on variations of standard lifts. Also have Roll Model :) Does Cotter's book have all of the movements from his encyclopedia DVDs? Also, when I was looking into certs recently, seemed like IKFF had only one overseas all year and felt kinda dead -- any idea what's up with them/Steve?
Cool not really sure. Cotter Encyclopedia dvds are the way to go really. ken blackburn handles the IKFF in USA. Im literally thinking of doing my own soon

Ive been doing 50 kettlebell "things" a day. Hahah. Food leaned me out a bit then covid happened. So imbkinda not worrying about much except making KB vids and getti g online program sales haah. Thanks. And normally Most days i get at least 50 in.
